NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks feature removable gel packets that provide targeted cold therapy to soothe multiple foot aches and pains. Developed by a foot rehabilitation specialist, these help relieve pain at the heel, ball and top of foot. Cold therapy is excellent for heel/plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, tired or aching muscles, strains or sprains. Soft, comfortable lining.
Chill or freeze cold pacs by storing in refrigerator or freezer. Freezing takes about 2 hours. Inserts pacs into the “pockets” on the sock. Large pac goes on the bottom. Smaller pac can be used on the back of the heel or the top of the foot. Use as often as desired, but only 20 minutes at a time. Do not walk while wearing, excessive weight may cause gel pac to rupture or leak.
Remove cold pacs. Hand wash socks in warm water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Drip-dry. Do not use bleach. Wipe cold pacs with damp cloth. Material Content: Polyspan (95% Polyester, 5% Spandex)
